1981
Turning Point airs its first television broadcast.
1982
David Jeremiah broadcasts his first radio program entitled Turning Point.
1994
Turning Point’s first international broadcast is heard in Belize.
1996
Turning Point broadcasts on African Bible College in July and is picked up by Trans World Radio in August.
1999
The first Turning Points magazine is published.
2000
Turning Point sends first daily e-devotional.
2000
Turning Point Television goes national with TBN broadcast.
2001
Turning Point Radio is broadcast in Spanish for the first time launching Momento Decisivo.
2003
Turning Point host’s first international crusade events in Venezuela & Honduras.
2004
Turning Point opens international headquarters in San Diego, CA.

Turning Point begins first Russian broadcast .

Turning Point establishes offices in Canada.

Signs of Life makes the New York Times bestseller list marking David Jeremiah’s first book on the list.

Executive Bios
Dr. David Jeremiah
Founder
Dr. David Jeremiah is the founder and host of Turning Point and senior pastor of Shadow Mountain Community Church. He has been faithfully studying and teaching the Word of God for sixty years. He is also a prolific author, being the recipient of numerous awards for his books including bestseller lists in The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Publisher’s Weekly, and USA Today, the ECPA Medallion of Excellence Award, as well as two Gold Medallion Awards. Dr. Jeremiah is a sought-after speaker across the country—speaking frequently at universities, conventions, and conferences, as well as chapels for professional football and basketball teams. In 2020 he was awarded NRB’s Hall of Fame and President’s Awards. Believing our dreams should always be greater than our memories, he continually trusts God to accomplish great things through Turning Point’s ministry around the globe.
David Michael Jeremiah
President
David Michael has been with Turning Point since the organization’s early days of radio ministry. He joined the executive team in 1995 as Chief Operating Officer overseeing the operational and fulfillment details of Turning Point’s vast reach. Today he leads a staff of more than 240 employees across three facilities and six countries. David Michael is the eldest son of Dr. Jeremiah, is the current president of Turning Point. He attended Liberty University and the University of San Diego where he earned a BA in business and a Master of Executive Leadership.
Paul Joiner
Chief Creative Officer
Paul Joiner is Turning Point’s Chief Creative Officer and Executive Producer. With more than thirty years of tenure, he remains the chief creative strategist for Turning Point. He oversees four teams leading all the creative, marketing, publishing, and production efforts for Dr. Jeremiah and the ministry. Paul has a lifelong involvement in television, film, and theater and is constantly innovating how to share the Gospel through media in surprising and unexpected ways.
Mark Crozét
Chief Development Officer
Mark Crozet has led fundraising operations for charities making a difference around the world for forty years. Before Turning Point, he led fundraising efforts for Habitat for Humanity, Alliance Defending Freedom, and the National Center on Sexual Exploitation. His extensive experience building out fundraising operations, increasing revenue, and implementing strategies to expand an organization’s fundraising efforts have resulted in increased support for NGOs on three continents. Mark has a degree from the University of British Columbia and is a dual citizen of the United States and Canada.
Brian Cook
Chief Financial Officer
Brian Cook joined Turning Point in 2009 with previous experience at the esteemed accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers. He is responsible for leading all financial operations for Turning Point’s six offices including accounting, purchasing, financial planning, analysis, and audits. Brian is a certified public accountant and has earned a Master of Business Administration at the University of California at Riverside.
